Sir Paul turned 70 on June 18, giving people across the world reason to celebrate his legendary career that has spanned over five decades.
The famous Morrison Hotel Gallery is featuring an exhibit through the summer of rare photos from McCartney's time with the Beatles. TIME Magazine has also honored the star by releasing a book entitled "TIME Paul McCartney: The legend rocks on."
On Friday, a guitar signed by McCartney fetched the equivalent to over $62,000 at a charity auction in England.
