A Hollis, N.H. man was arrested and charged in connection with a shooting that left his 9-year-old son dead.
Hollis police said Anthony Hebert, 42, was charged with three counts of endangering the welfare of a minor, negligent storage of a firearm and possession of a controlled drug.
Police said Hebert's 9-year-old son, Maximos, fatally shot himself in the head after finding the loaded gun in the family home in April. Police said they also found two other unsecured guns in the home.
During a police investigation, officers said they also found some marijuana in the home which resulted in the misdemeanor drug charge.
