Worker rescued after bucket truck malfunction

NEWTON, Mass. -

NEWTON (FOX 25 / MyFoxBoston.com) Rescue crews in Newton worked to free a worker stuck in a bucket truck on Tuesday.

The truck's arm was reportedly extended when the truck died, stranding the worker in mid-air. Newton rescue officials were able to get the man down. There were no injuries.

The incident happened near the intersections of Woodward Street and Beacon Street.
