QUINCY (FOX 25 / MyFoxBoston.com) A fire at Dependable Cleaners in Quincy left more than a dozen workers scattering to safety just after 2 p.m. on Saturday.

Fire officials were forced to call back their crews at one point after the building became engulfed in flames.

"It's a terribly hot day, extremely difficult for fire fighters to work in these types of conditions," says the fire chief.

The blaze was emotionally overwhelming for the business owners who are dealing with what is believed to be a total loss. However, they are grateful for the same outcome.
