WEBSTER (FOX 25 / MyFoxBoston.com) – A Webster woman is facing charges of animal cruelty against her dog and her neighbors witnessed the brutal abuse.
Tosha Miles is scheduled to be arraigned Monday. She's charged with animal cruelty, disorderly conduct and disturbing the peace.
Neighbors called police Friday night, claiming they saw Miles throw her Chihuahua on the ground at least four times. They say they tried to stop her, but that only made her more angry.
Police say it appears Miles and her boyfriend were arguing before the incident happened.
The dog was removed from the home. He is now in the custody of the animal control department.
