Happy Tails K9 and Feline Rescue is working hard to find loving homes for animals across Metro Detroit. On Sunday, July 22nd they will be at the Fraser City Picnic and Carnival to get the word out about their mission. It runs from 1:00 p.m. until dusk at Steffens Park at the corner of 14 Mile and Garfield. Happy Tails will be selling pet accessories to help raise money and will be looking for volunteer foster families.
