MANCHESTER, NH (FOX 25 / MyFoxBoston.com) A Sunday morning fire caused by the careless disposal of smoking material has displaced 80 people in Manchester, NH.

Manchester Fire officials tell FOX 25 they received a call about a three-alarm fire at the Hilltop Apartments on Country Club Drive just before 8:30 a.m.

All of the residents were able to escape on their own and there were no injuries.

Officials say heat was an issue, as more work had to be done to keep firefighters hydrated.

The American Red Cross is assisting seven of the 80 people displaced by the blaze.
