TAUNTON (FOX 25 / MyFoxBoston.com) – A Taunton teacher accused of having sex with two students will be back in a courtroom Tuesday.
    
Patrick Doyle faces multiple counts of enticing a student and statutory rape. A judge will decide if Doyle can stay out on bail or if he's a danger to the community and needs to return to jail.
    
The 33-year old former Social Studies teacher is accused of having sex with two 14-year-old students, one at his house, another on school grounds.
    
Doyle is also accused of sending lewd texts to at least three other students.
