New legislation filed: Special needs registry

An accident or emergency is harrowing enough for anyone going through it, but getting help can become complicated for those with special needs.

Boston City Councilor Rob Consalvo would like to see that change. He joined the FOX 25 Morning News to describe his fight for a special needs registry with the city.
