Detroit Mayor Dave Bing is declaring this week a time for the Motor City to become the Mobile City.
It's all part of a movement to bring wireless technology jobs to the city.
The Mobile Technology Association of Michigan (MTAM) has set a goal to create 9,250 new mobile and wireless technology-related jobs in the state by end of 2015. The group's efforts kicked off Monday morning during the Mobile Moves Michigan conference at Motor City Casino. FOX 2's Amy Andrews was there. Click the video player to watch her full report.
