(FOX 25 / MyFoxBoston.com) – A man made a dramatic 911 while being dragged by a pickup truck. It happened just an hour away from the Massachusetts border.

Troy, N.Y., police say the man managed to hang on to the right, rear of the flatbed for miles, even as speeds reached 40 miles per hour.
    
Police say it started with an argument between the victim and another man over drugs. Somehow the victim managed to get free.
    
The driver was arrested and charged with assault and reckless endangerment
    
Police say they haven't ruled out charges for the victim either.
