PELHAM, N.H. (FOX 25 / MyFoxBoston.com) - A New Hampshire man was arrested early Sunday morning after he reportedly broke into a home and assaulted two individuals.
Leo Moro, 17, of Pelham, N.H. is facing multiple charges, including assault and resisting arrest, after he broke into a home on Litchfield Circle in Pelham around 2:40 a.m. on Sunday.
According to police, Moro knew the code to the garage and entered the residence without permission. While inside the home, he threw an object at one person causing a severe laceration above the victim's eye. He also punched a male juvenile in the face.
When officers arrived, Moro took off into the woods where he continued to throw objects at the officers as he was being chased. An officer used his stun gun to apprehend the suspect.
Moro is scheduled to appear at the 10th Circuit District Court-Salem on Monday.
