(FOX 25 / MyFoxBoston.com) – A surprise delivery forced a man in Washington D.C. to call for help.

Seth Horvitz was expecting to receive a 39-inch TV from UPS, but when the shipment arrived, he ended up with a semi-automatic assault rifle.
    
Assault rifles are illegal in the District of Columbia.
    
Apparently, the rifle was supposed to be shipped from a gun dealer in Florida to one in Pennsylvania. However, at some point, the shipping label for the TV fell off and was mistakenly put on the box with the rifle.
