BOSTON (FOX 25 / MyFoxBoston.com) – Boston fire crews had their hands full fighting a fire in the South End on Thursday.
Viewers sent in photos and videos of a fire on a roof deck at 20 Wellington Street.
According to officials, the fire spread to the third and fourth floors of that building and to the penthouse next door.
The fire has since been knocked down.
The fire was caused by a gas grill and is the second grill fire in Boston this week.
Officials say the fire caused approximately $500,000 worth of damage.
Residents living in three apartments were displaced.
