A Long Island man is facing charges for sexting a teenage girl.
Nassau County police say 25-year-old Rashid Aziz of Massapequa met a 13-year-old girl at the Sunrise Mall and began speaking with her. Aziz then gave the victim a cigarette before he restrained her arms and kissed her as she tried to resist him, according to police.
Authorities say Aziz convinced the teen to send him sexually explicit photographs to his cell phone and he did the same thing.
Aziz has been charged with forcible touching and endangering the welfare of a child along with other charges.
