Posted: Updated:

(FOX 25 / MyFoxBoston.com) – Commuters on Interstate 95 in the Attleboro area are once again facing delays on Sunday after an accident sent power lines dangling across the busy highway on Aug. 16.

Crews were able to work under more controlled conditions as they reinstalled transmission lines throughout Sunday morning and into the early afternoon.

Massachusetts State Police say structural issues caused those wires to become entangled with a tractor-trailer on Thursday.

The man who was driving the truck, Joseph Irorere, of Brockton, has been treated and released from a local hospital. The 45-year-old received a mild electrical shock when those lives wires fell on his cab."
