(FOX 25 / MyFoxBoston.com) – FOX 25's Maria Stephanos talks with Boston City Councilor Robert Consalvo and Courtney O'Connell, a volunteer for PittieLove Rescue, about Gov. Patrick's decision to sign a new animal rights bill into law that would make any city or town ordinance on breed specific rules null and void.  The law has some officials crying foul, but animal lovers, like Pit Bull owners, happy.
