(FOX 25 / MyFoxBoston.com) - A 3-year-old child was struck by a car in Jamaica Plain on Monday afternoon.
Boston police said the child was hit at 222 Heath Street. The child's condition was not immediately known.
According to relatives, the little girl was playing with her cousin and was hit when she tried to cross Heath Street. The child's cousin told FOX 25 that she is being treated at Boston Children's Hospital for a broken leg and clavicle, as well as for head trauma.
The cause of the investigation is under investigation.
