Man arrested after reported sex assault on MBTA bus

MBTA transit police said they have arrested a man in connection with a sex assault on a MBTA bus in Chelsea.

Police said Bobby Deleveaux, 24, of Lynn, was arrested after a woman reported the assault at about 7:40 p.m. Wednesday.

The nature of the assault was not immediately known. Deleveaux was to be arraigned on indecent assault and battery charges in Chelsea District Court on Thursday.
