A skunk had to be rescued from the bumper of a Dorchester resident's car.

The Boston Animal Rescue league tweeted photos of the little stinker, who managed to crawl into the bumper but couldn't get back out on Friday.

Accompanying a tweet that read "Not the end I would like to see 1st" was a photo of the skunk's rear-end facing the ARL member.

Fortunately, the situation ended peacefully and no one got sprayed, the ARL tweeted.
