(FOX 25 / MyFoxBoston.com) - We've been talking about Isaac in
one form or another (hurricane, tropical storm, tropical depression) for two
weeks. Finally, some of that storm will actually move in to our area.
There is
no wind with the storm anymore, but the area of low pressure and tropical
moisture is rolling toward us. The clouds arrive first Tuesday with some
scattered downpours or a thunderstorm. However, the heaviest rain will likely be
Tuesday night into Wednesday. Up to 2" may fall in some areas.
Going back to school this week? The bus stop should stay dry in most towns Tuesday, but will be wet just about everywhere Wednesday morning. Remember, meteorological fall has begun as of September 1. Cooler weather is on the way.
Have a great Tuesday!
