Police say tips from FOX 2 viewers helped lead them to a man wanted for murder.
Highland Park police arrested Manuel "Jay" Mason last month. He is charged with second degree murder after police say he fired an AK-47 rifle during an altercation outside a home on Doris St. back in April. The shots struck and killed Pierre Smith.
Police say Mason eventually turned himself in after he was featured on FOX 2 last month.
