Veteran Says He's Being Brushed Aside By Agency That's Supposed To Help

Fox 29 is working to get results for a Korean War veteran who's getting brushed aside by the government agency he says is supposed to be helping him.
Alexander Rupeiks served in the Korean War and suffered a life altering injury.
He tells Fox 29 the Department of Veterans Affairs is stalling on paying benefits he deserves.
Fox 29's Claudia Gomez placed calls to VA headquarters in Washington, D.C. An official says the VA is looking into the case and re-assured us that he wants to find a way to help.
