(FOX 25 / MyFoxBoston.com) – A 69-year-old man was committed to the
Massachusetts Alcohol and Substance Abuse Center after he reportedly stole a
box of condoms and five bottles of lotion from a Roxbury convenience store.
Harry Johnson was arraigned at Roxbury District Court on
Friday. A judge set bail at $1,500 and
ordered Johnson to stay away and have no contact with the victims and location
where the incident occurred.
The judge revoked Johnson's bail on an open case out of
Roxbury District Court in which he was charged with assault and battery on a
police officer and threatening to commit a crime.
Johnson is due back in court on Oct. 12.
