
MANCHESTER, N.H. (FOX 25 / MyFoxBoston.com) – A man was seriously injured Sunday night in Manchester, N.H.
Police said they responded to the rear of 20 Merrimack St. at about 6:30 p.m. for a reported assault. At the scene, they found a 53-year-old man who had sustained serious injuries to his face, reportedly the result of an assault.
The victim was taken to Elliot Hospital and later transferred to a Boston hospital. His condition is not known.
The victim told police two men had assaulted him in and effort to take his watch, but he could offer no further details.
