State drug testing lab investigation continues

(FOX 25 / MyFoxBoston.com) – Nearly a dozen defendants – almost all with lengthy criminal records – are now free as the fallout continues from the scandal at the state drug lab.

Many more could be on their way out, as well. Attorney Phil Tracy, senior partner with Dimento and Sullivan, recently joined the FOX 25 Morning News from our Beacon Hill studio with more.
