QUEENS (FOX 25 / MyFoxBoston.com) - A Queens gym teacher and former college football player claims a 6-year-old roughed him up.

The 220-pound John Webster is suing the school after he says the 4-foot-2 Rodrigo Carpio fractured his ankle, injured his knee and forced him to go to a psychiatrist for stress, the New York Post reports.

"It's sort of like an angel-devil sort of thing," the 5-foot-10 Webster told the newspaper. Webster recently filed a notice of his intent to sue the city and says he now has to wear braces on his right ankle and knee.

"[Rodrigo] looks like an angel, but then, all of a sudden, that halo turns into horns," he said. "It's been a nightmare. It's embarrassing. It's humiliating."

Webster's attorney said school officials were repeatedly warned about the "tiny terror," but failed to protect his client.
