Woman caught riding a manatee

(FOX 25 / MyFoxBoston.com) - A Florida woman has turned herself in to police after she was caught riding a manatee.

It's actually against the law to touch or harass manatees, and Wednesday, police in Tampa Bay called a news conference to try and find the woman.

She eventually turned herself in after seeing the story on the news. She says she just moved to Florida and didn't know she was breaking the law.
