BOSTON (FOX 25 / MyFoxBoston.com) - MBTA police arrested a man they said exposed himself to a woman waiting to board an Orange Line train at Tufts Medical Center.
The woman told police that she saw the man, identified as Juan Pena, 23, of Boston, piggyback onto the platform at the Tufts station. She said Pena had his pants unzipped, exposing himself to her, and was committing a lewd act.
When the woman tried to get away from the man, she said he followed her while continuing to commit the act.
The woman then called police to report the incident.
A week later the woman saw Pena on the Orange Line again and called police.
Pena was arrested and charged with open and gross conduct. He was expected to be arraigned Monday.
