(FOX 25 / MyFoxBoston.com) - Many of us turn the heat off in late spring and don't turn it on again for several months.The Energy Information Administration says this winter will cost you almost $2,500 to heat your homes. If you use oil, expect your costs to go up 17 percent over last year. Natural gas customers will see a 15 percent increase. Are there ways to stay on a budget?
