Blind man tasered after police mistake cane for samurai sword

A blind man was tasered by police in England after authorities mistook his walking stick for a samurai sword.

Police are now apologizing to sixty-one-year-old Colin Farmer who fell to the ground crying out that he's blind.

But he says officers still cuffed him afterwards.

Farmer says he is considering taking legal action against the police.
