Remember when you were a kid, and you'd have to go to the doctor every year for your check-up?
Well, they used to say that you should continue that into adulthood. But does it really do any good?
A new study says there are no health benefits from routine health checkups.
But Dr. Mike Cirigliano, of the University of Pennsylvania, begs to differ, and he explained why Friday morning on "Good Day."
The good doctor also discussed another study that looked at multivitamins and a study that shows a possible reduction in cancer in older men, and whether he thinks we should be taking those vitamins every day.
