ARLINGTON (FOX 25 / MyFoxBoston.com) – On Friday night, intoxicated minors and blaring music reportedly led police to Chatham Street in Arlington where they discovered more minors who had consumed alcohol, as well as the two homeowners.

Police responded to 48 Chatham Street on Friday evening after several children were witnessed outside of the home and on the grounds of a nearby public school. The minors were in possession of and under the influence of alcohol.

Once inside the residence, officers found 33 individuals under the age of 21. Of the 33 minors, 21 were found to have consumed alcohol in varying concentrations.

Police also found Anne LaCourt and Mark Burstein. Both LaCourt and Burstein were aware that the minors were in the home and consuming alcohol. They are facing 33 counts of furnishing alcohol to a person under 21 and three counts of contributing to the delinquency of a minor.

The minors were released to a parent or guardian. Those underage and under the influence will face criminal charges or be offered participation in the Juvenile Diversion program.
