
NASHUA, N.H. (FOX 25 / MyFoxBoston.com) – A 32-year-old man was arrested and charged with several domestic violence offenses after he reportedly sexually assaulted a female and threatened her with a knife.
Pablo Rivera, of Nashua, was arrested around 12:26 a.m. on Tuesday and charged with simple assault, criminal mischief, obstructing the report of a crime, aggravated felonious sexual assault, and criminal threatening.
Police responded to a residence on Murray Court around 11:29 p.m. on Monday for a report of a domestic disturbance.
Upon arrival, it was reported that Rivera had broken a window and assaulted an adult female known to him by striking her in the face with a closed fist. He then reportedly broke her cell phone when she attempted to contact the police.
After further investigation, it was revealed that Rivera threatened the victim with a knife and sexually assaulted her.
Rivera was held on a $25,000.00 cash bail pending his arraignment on Oct. 24.
