Fox 29 Gets Results For Woman Ticketed For Taking Trash Out Too Early

Earlier this month, we told you about the story of how one woman in Oxford Circle received the ticket.

Fox 29 is getting results for a Philadelphia neighborhood where one woman was ticketed for putting her trash on the curb too early.
Earlier this month, we told you about the story of how one woman in Oxford Circle received the ticket.
After our story aired, Philadelphia City Councilmember Bobby Henon introduced a bill that would allow residents to put their trash out earlier.
Residents in the city's Sixth District can place their trash on the curb at 5 p.m., instead of 7 p.m. between November 5 and March 29, a time when it typically gets dark earlier.
The city says right now it's just a pilot program but if it's successful, it could become a city law.
