SOUTHFIELD, Mich. (myFOXDetroit.com) -
It was the tweet that inspired a city - Justin Verlander started a craze with his hash tag "detroitpride" shortly after the Tigers made it to the World Series. But the tag also inspired one entrepreneur to turn it into the latest fashion.
The hash tag hit the web around 5AM and within hours, Stuart Arkin had "#detroitpride" trademarked. Within 48 hours, a logo, web site, and Twitter account were locked in as well.
