SEASIDE HEIGHTS, N.J. -

The National Guard has released two videos that show the extent of Sandy's toll on the popular New Jersey beach town of Seaside Heights.

Two video clips showing aerial views of the coastline were shot and uploaded to YouTube by members of the guard in a Black Hawk helicopter.

In the aftermath of Hurricane Sandy, aviators of the 1-150th Assault Helicopter Battalion were looking for displaced residents along the coastline Tuesday when the clip was filmed

The footage appears to show several homes demolished, displaced from their foundations, and one of the clips even appears to have smoldering debris, possibly after a fire.
