William A. Medugno is charged with four counts of breaking and entering and larceny. He also has four outstanding warrants.

During the investigation, police identified Medugno as a possible suspect. The information led detectives to Medugno's residence at 18 Pringle Street.

Medugno reportedly fled out of the back of the home, but was detained by police.

During booking, Medugno confessed to the house breaks at 20 Pace Rd., 54 Pringle St., 90 Barbara D. Lane, and 60 Pringle Street.
