Police say their investigation started last month, when they were called to a domestic incident at a home on the unit block of East 44th Street in Penrose. Officers say they found the front door of the home left unsecured when the arrived.
Officers say they door opened when they knocked, revealing what was described by police as a strong odor of marijuana from the home.
