Haley allegedly attempted to lure an 8-year-old girl in her Roxborough front yard. He's charged with unlawful restraint, terroristic threats, luring a child into a motor vehicle, and harassment.

This pattern stays in place until Thursday, when strong thunderstorms usher in cooler air for the holiday weekend.
