HOLLIS, N.H. (FOX 25 / MyFoxBoston.com) – Police in Hollis issued two separate DWIs to two different New Hampshire men over the course of nine days.
Donald Ross, Jr., of Brookline, N.H., was arrested and charged with DWI following a single car crash that occurred on Rocky Pond Road around 9 p.m. on Nov. 5. Ross was released on $500 personal recognizance bail and is scheduled to be arraigned in court on Nov. 28.
Derek Miles, 22, also from Brookline, N.H., was charged with aggravated DWI because he had a blood alcohol concentration that was more than double the legal limit for someone over the age of 21.
Police responded to Federal Hill Road around 1:50 a.m. on Tuesday for a motor vehicle stop, and Miles was subsequently arrested.
Miles was released on $1,000 personal recognizance bail and is scheduled to be arraigned on Nov. 28.
