Minimum Qualifications:

- Must be at least 21 years of age.

- Must be a high school graduate (GED accepted).

- A four year college degree is preferred.

- Must have at least 2 years' experience.

- Must pass a thorough background investigation.

- Must have an exceptional job performance record.

- Must have excellent written, verbal and interpersonal communication skills.

- Must have strong leadership and team building skills.

- Must be computer literate and have intermediate level skills in the Microsoft Office Word & Excel.

- Must have an excellent appearance and exceptional attitude.

- Must be flexible with scheduling.

- Must be able to multi-task and stay focused in a fast paced environment.

- Must be self-motivated and proactive in finding solutions to security/customer service related issues.

- Prior Hotel Security experience is preferred.
