BRAINTREE (AP) - State police say a man was shot in the arm in his
car on Interstate 93 in the Braintree-Randolph area by a person who fired a gun
from another vehicle.
The shooting happened shortly after 1 a.m. Sunday. Troopers haven't
identified the victim, who is being treated at Boston Medical Center and is
expected to survive.
State police detectives are planning to interview the victim in an effort to
identify suspects. No arrests have been announced.
Troopers say the victim was traveling northbound on the highway when another
vehicle approached and someone opened fire.
