FELTONVILLE -

"I'm about to die. I'm about to get shot" is what an employee at the Pizza Point restaurant in Feltonville says he'll never forget after coming face to face with a shotgun toting robber, the same suspect that police now believe may be involved in three more armed robberies.

"He seems to be very calm, and collected and he has a very dangerous weapon," said Capt. Frank Vanore of the 25th Police District.

Ammar Alhaliya says the shotgun wielding bandit shoved the gun in his face and ordered he and his co-workers to open the register, but he wasn't satisfied with his take. That's when things got nasty.

'He was all that time threatening," Alhaliya said. "If you don't give me the money, I'll shoot you, I'll shoot you, pushing me with the shotgun."

The robber ordered the employees down a set of stairs to a room, once inside Ammar Alhaliya wasn't quite sure he'd make it out alive.

"Every time I try to move, I'll shoot you. "If I try to talk, I'll shoot you, so," he said.

Detectives tell FOX 29 they believe the same shotgun bandit held up this Dunkin Donuts at the Roosevelt Boulevard and Rising Sun Avenue a few days later. One of the employees told FOX 29 the shotgun was thrust right to her face. Investigators believe this guy could be responsible for three more shotgun holdups like this.

"Very similar description and images, so we're real confident that he may be connected to both of them, but there are others we are taking a look at," Vanore explained.

Now police are asking the public to take a good look at this guy and hopefully help them put him behind bars before he strikes again.

"He doesn't seem to be nervous or excited at all," Vanore said. "I'm worried he could be a very dangerous individual. I'm asking if anyone knows who he is call us at East Detectives."

Thursday weather looks damp and stormy.  It will be mild and muggy to start with spotty showers early followed by afternoon and evening storms.  Highs in the upper 70s with winds out of the SW 5-10 mph. Some of the storms will produce locally heavy rain and gusty winds.

This system is from the same cold front that caused the midwest tornadoes. It will also usher in cooler air for the holiday weekend.
