TEWKSBURY (FOX 25 / MyFoxBoston.com) A 23-year-old Lowell man was arrested in Tewksbury on Thursday after police accused him of selling prescription pills while his 4-year-old child sat inside his car.

Tewksbury Police claim they witnessed Joshua Sanchez conduct a drug transaction while conducting surveillance in the parking lot of the Walmart on Main Street.

Police claim they approached Sanchez and learned that he had sold six oxycodone pills to another vehicle.

Sanchez's 4-year-old daughter was sleeping inside his 2012 Toyota Venza and his wife was reportedly inside Walmart at the time of the alleged transaction.

Police say they found an electronic stun gun inside the car that both Sanchez and his wife said belonged to him.

Sanchez is charged with distribution of a class B substance, conspiracy to violate the controlled substance act, and possession of an electronic stun gun.
