by FOX 25 Meteorologist Shiri Spear:
Abundant sunshine will greet you this morning and continue through sunset. The sun comes at a cost: wake up weather is 20-30 degrees colder than yesterday morning!
Morning lows in the 20s will feel like the teens at times with the winds. Thermometers will creep up to highs 38-40 degrees this afternoon.
A few clouds will pass over the region tonight with lows again in the 20s and 30s. A change in the wind direction tomorrow will prompt gradual warming. Southwesterly winds will help temperatures peak near 48 degrees. Increasing moisture will lead to more clouds and the chance for a late day sprinkle.
On and off rain is forecasted for the weekend, especially Saturday. Precipitation should stay light, but will no doubt be inconvenient for holiday shoppers and parties.
