Sindbad's lemon caper lake perch

Get this recipe courtesy of Sindbad's in Detroit.

Ingredients:
3 tbls Whole Butter
1 lb Lake Perch Fillets
1 cup Seasoned Flour (salt, pepper and granulated garlic)
1 oz Capers
1 Lemon cut into wedges
3 tbls White Wine

Method:
Heat saute pan. Add whole butter. Dredge perch fillets in flour placing them SKIN SIDE UP in the pan.

When perch fillets "curl" flip.  Saute for one minute. De-glaze pan with white wine, add capers and finish with squeezed lemon wedges.
