Fox 2 has learned that Third Circuit Court Judge Wade McCree has been placed on administrative leave following a report filed by Charle LeDuff about an alleged affair the judge had with a plaintiff.

The Wayne County prosecutor's office tells FOX 2 Friday no criminal action will be taken against Geniene La'Shay Mott, the woman who claims she had an affair with Third Circuit Judge Wade McCree while she was a complaining witness in a child support case he was presiding over.
Additionally, the entire matter is now being referred to the Michigan Judicial Tenure Commission.
