STOUGHTON (FOX 25 / MyFoxBoston.com) Three people were displaced by a Christmas Eve fire on Kenmore Road in Stoughton.

Stoughton Fire officials say the 2-alarm blaze broke out in a ranch-style home at 38 Kenmore Road on Monday night.

Officials say the residents were not home when the fire broke out. A neighbor called for help when they saw smoke coming from the home.

Investigators believe the fire may have started in a bathroom before moving to the attic; however, the official cause remains under investigation. There were no injuries.
