WILMINGTON, Del. -

It was a happy Christmas Eve for a Wilmington, Delaware woman who was reunited with her dog "Noel" after she was stolen along with the woman's car last week.

Wilmington Police say the Shih Tzu was delivered to officers Monday by a family who saw the dog's picture on the news.

Noel was inside of the woman's car when it was stolen Friday night in front of St. Anthony's Church on the 900 block of N. Dupont Street.

Police say the keys were left in the ignition when the woman briefly entered the church.

The car was located hours later but without the dog inside.
